Using the tools
Paper Switch provides browser-based conversion tools without registration or payment screens. Each tool has its own input, size and browser limitations. Follow the limits displayed on the page; availability and results can vary with your device and file.
Your files and permissions
Use only files and content you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, distribute harmful content or interfere with the site. Conversion does not grant copyright or permission to reuse someone else’s work.
Review results and keep originals
Keep a separate original. Before relying on an output, check layout, page order, text, links, image quality and QR readability as relevant. OCR can misread text and format conversion can change appearance. The service does not promise a specific compression ratio or that every file will convert successfully.
Changes and availability
Tools and supported formats may change, and interruptions may occur. There is no server file-recovery feature, so save your results before closing the page. These practical conditions do not exclude rights that apply under mandatory law.
Software and content rights
The website’s software and its third-party components have separate license notices linked in the footer. Those software licenses do not apply to your input documents or grant rights to their contents. Report suspected infringement with the relevant URL and an explanation through Contact.
